贵阳市居民小区体育场地设施建设的调查分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法与数理统计法,对贵阳市中天花园等六个小区体育场地设施配套建设情况进行了调查,结果表明,贵阳市人民政府制定了一系列城市规划管理条例等相关制度、规定和条例,为建设居民小区配套体育场地设施提供了法律保障,但同时存在执行力度较小,居民对社区体育场地设施配套相关制度不了解等诸多问题。继而提出进一步完善体育场地设施政策法规,强化执行力度,提高国家有关社区体育法律、法规的宣传力度,加强体育场地设施安全检查和维护等建议。Construction of sports facilities of six residential areas in Guiyang were surveyed.Results show that the Guiyang Municipal People＇s Government formulated a series of urban planning and management systems and other related regulations,rules and regulations for the construction of sports facilities supporting residential areas which provides a legal guarantee,but there is less enforcement.Residents of the community do not understand sports facilities and many other issues related to systems,and can not further improve policies and regulations,strengthen enforcement,improve the state on community sports laws and regulations,propaganda,physical Safety inspections of facilities and maintenance recommendations.
