痉挛性马蹄足分型手术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　对痉挛性马蹄足进行分型手术治疗，并随访观察疗效。方法１９８５年３月～１９９６年３月期间，采用电话询问、信函及门诊复查等方式，对６８例痉挛性马蹄足手术后的病人进行随访，平均随访５年，效果满意。结果按评定标准，优３５例，占５１．４％，良２４例，占３５．３％，中６例，占９％，差３例，占４．３％，总优良率达８６．７％。结论　按分型手术治疗效果确切，临床上可推广应用，但应严格掌握手术适应症。Objective To operate treatment spastics clubfoot of classify and followed up for treatment effect. Methods 68 cases of spastic clubfoot were operated treatment and followed up for an average five years each case from march, 1985 to march 1996. Results The result showed that 35 cases was excellent for effed (51.4%), 24 cases good (35.3%), 6 cases middle (9%) and 3 cases poor effect (4.3%). Conclusion The operation treatment spastic clubfoot was a good method that can be application and dissemination in clinic, but operatic indication should be control.
