海南裸花紫珠地上部分总糖的测定

摘　　要：利用蒽酮比色法对海南裸花紫珠的野生种和人工林的地上部分总糖进行测定,研究两者间的差异。结果显示,不论是野生林还是人工林,叶片糖含量都较皮部和木质部高,分别为11.00%和10.47%。Total sugar from the aerial part of Callicarpa nudiflora in wild forest and plantation was determined by anthrone colorimetry. The results showed that the sugar content of leaves was higher than bark and xylem, leaf sugar content in wild forest and plantation reached 11.00% and 10.47%, respectively.
