摘 要:对湖南省南岳、壶瓶山、天平山和舜皇山4个自然保护区蝶类资源进行了系统的调查,共鉴定4个自然保护区蝶类398种,分属于11科,169属。利用Jacard的相似性系数计算方法对4个保护区蝶类的区系相似性进行对比,并通过UPGMA聚类运算验证。结果显示南岳和舜皇山两个保护区的相似性系数大于0.6,为中等相似水平;南岳、舜皇山和壶瓶山、天平山4个保护区的相似性系数都在0.4以下,为中等不相似,并分析了原因,给出了4个自然保护区蝶类分布的相似性聚类图。Surveys on butterfly were conducted on Nanyue, Hupingshan, Tianpingshan and Shunhuangshan nature reserve in Hunan, 398 species in 169 genera of 11 ramies were recorded in the study. The similarities among 4 nature reserve were studied by using clustering analysis with Jaccard's similarity coefficient in this paper. The results showed that the similarity coefficient between Nanyue and Shunhuangshan nature reserve came up to 0.6. Similarity coefficient between Nanyue, Shunhuangshan and Hupingshan, Tianpingshan nature reserve was lower than 0.4. According to the result of faunal analysis similarity, similarity coefficient between Nanyue and Shunhuangshan nature reserve was high, mainly because of the geographical position, latitude and forestry vegetation were very similar. The 0.4 similarity coefficient between Nanyue, Shunhuangshan and Hupingshan, Tianpingshan nature reserve, mainly were the cause of geographical position, because both the formerly were located in central-south of Hunan, both the latterly were located near West-North of Hunan. Finally, dendrogram of butterfly in 4 nature reserve was also present.
