三棱针点刺放血结合运动疗法治疗中风后遗症66例

摘　　要：目的探讨三棱针点刺放血治疗中风后遗症疗效。方法从2003年3月～2007年12月,在本院门诊及住院收治的例中风后遗症的患者进行分析,采用随机抽取的方法对患者进行分组,治疗组用中医三棱针点刺放血治疗、运动疗法综合治疗照组用康复训练治疗,2个月为一个疗程,参照中医诊疗规范,经医学统计学处理评定疗效,并用2年～6个月对其中的66例进随访观察疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,其结果令人满意。结论三棱针点刺放血具有开窍泻热、活血化瘀、疏通经络用,对中风后遗症治疗有显著疗效。Objective：Observation of Jiawei Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the treatment of Vertigo effect. Methods： Patients up to diagnostic were randomized into herbal group （75cases） ,and control group （73cases） . The traditional Chinese medicine group with Jiawei Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction for patients one dosage a day. The control group was given FlunzLrizine ,2 capsules each time ,one time a day. After 1 course of treatment（ 10 days） ,the therapeutic effect and side reactions of all 2 groups were observed for comparison. Results： the overall effect of 2 groups： the total effective rate of the herbal group was 94.7% （71/75 ） , and that of the control group was 64.4% （47/ 73 ）. The total effective rate of the herbal group in overall effect was higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion： Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction has good therapeutic action of vertigo
