摘  要:淬火是钢铁零件热处理的关键工序之一。淬火冷却系统的设计和结构对工件获得良好的淬火质量具有极为重要的作用。论述了淬火槽容积的确定,工件的热量向淬火剂的传递,淬火液的搅拌方式及搅拌强度的确定和检测,以及CFD技术在淬火冷却系统设计中的应用。Quenching is one of the key heat treatment sequences of steel parts. The design and construction of quenching system will play the utmost important role in allowing a workpiece to obtain satisfactory quenching quality. The following key points, including determination of quenching tank volume, transfer of heat in workpiece to quenchant, agitation way of quenching liquid and determination and measurement of the agitation severity as well as the application of CFD to the design of quenching system, were described.
