摘　　要：指出煤矿水害是煤矿生产建设中主要安全问题之一,煤矿水害事故对人民生命和国家财产危害极大,由煤矿水害事故造成的经济损失是煤矿各种灾害中最高的。阐述了煤矿水害的特征、形成条件和类型,解析了产生各类水害的不同机理,进而论述了煤矿水害的防治技术。The coal mine flood is one of the main security problems in the coal mine production construction.The coal mine flood accident is enormously harmful to the people＇s life and the state property.The economic loss created by the coal mine flood accident is highest in all kind of coal mine disasters.The paper elaborates the coal mine flood characteristics,breeding condition and types.The paper analyzes different mechanism each kind of flood,then discusses the coal mine flood preventing and controlling technology.
