摘  要:通过集成降膜式蒸馏、刮膜式蒸馏和分子扩散蒸馏3种不同的蒸馏方式,设计和研制一台具有提取与分离功能的新型自动化设备。介绍设备的工作原理、基本结构与设计,并通过具有代表性的模拟试样考察设备的运转情况、密封性能以及提取分离的效果。试验结果表明,该设备密封性能良好,3个蒸馏器的真空度分别可以高达0.1 MPa、10 Pa和0.1 Pa,蒸馏温度可以在室温和300℃之间任意调节,模拟试样的各组分分离效果良好,回收率都在90%以上。A new device for extraction and separation was designed.Polytechnique of Falling-film distillation,wiped-film distillation and molecular difusion distillation was used in it,and solenoid valve was fitted on inlet of each distillatory to improve the separated efficiency.The principle and structure of the device was introduced in this paper.The performance of the equipment,the property of the seal and the separating effect of the device was inspected with analog sample.It was shown that the performance was good,the needed operating pressure was below 0.1 Pa,the extracting and separating efficiency was high.It is concluded that the device can be put into use of industry.
