国产伊普拉封防治绝经后骨质疏松的评价

摘　　要：目的观察国产伊普拉封（Ｉｐｒｉｆｌａｖｏｎｅ）口服剂对防治绝经后骨质疏松症（ＰＭＯ）的疗效和安全性。方法将确诊为绝经后骨量减少或骨质疏松的４８例患者采用双盲和随机法分为两组。治疗组（２５例），口服伊普拉封 ６００ ｍｇ／ｄ；对照组（２３例）服用安慰剂，进行对比观察。结果治疗组症状好转较对照组明显。疗程结束时，治疗组 ＢＭＤ增加（第 ２～４腰椎５． ６％，股骨颈３． ６％，Ｗａｒｄ三角４．０％）；对照组ＢＭＤ略有降低。治疗组综合有效率高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论国产伊普拉封防治ＰＭＯ有效，不良反应少而轻。Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of domestically made oral Ipriflavone (IP) in the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Forty eight patients postmenopausal osteopenia or osteoporosis were randomly assigned to two groups. On the base of Vitamin-D3 100 iu/d and Calcium 500 mg daily. The treatment-group(25 cases) was given Ip 600 mg/d and the control-group (23 cases) were given placebo. All cases were given. Results At the end of the survey, the remission rate of bone pain in the treatment-group was higher than that in control-group. The BMD increased obviously in the treatment-group (Lumbar spine2-4 raise 5. 6 %; Femoral neck 3. 6%; Ward triangle 4. 0% ), but decreased in control-group. Rate of complex Efficacy of the treatment-group was 90. 5% and that of the control was 28. 6% (P<0. 01 ). Conclusion The domestic oral Ipriflavone is effective and safe in the Prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
