摘　　要：面对日益加快的城市化进程,我国的景观资源在规划、管理以及控制措施等方面显得相对滞后,造成了城乡景观风貌的无序与特色缺失等诸多问题。作者的目的是探讨我国景观资源空间管治存在的问题,通过介绍日本颁布的《景观法》,以期对我国的景观资源空间管治起到借鉴作用。Faced with accelerating increasingly process of urbanization, planning, management and control measures of landscape resources appear relative lagging in China, resulting in the disorder and absence of characteristics of urban and rural landscape features and many other issues. The purpose of this paper is to research on problems of spatial governance of landscape resources in China and draw lessons from Japanese ＂Landscape Act＂.
