摘　　要：在现有的法律背景和社会背景下,为提高广州市社区戒毒和社区康复的社会效益,在社区戒毒和社区康复实际运作中,应实施社区戒毒的分类管理和无缝衔接,在社区康复管理中采取人性化、双向化和多元化的管理模式,正确评估社区戒毒和社区康复成效,形成各部门之间的协作联动机制。In the existing legal background and social context, we research the community of drug treatment and community rehabilitation in Guangzhou, in order to find that community treatment and community-based rehabilitation problems in the actual operation, propose drug classification management community and seamless, and the management of community-based rehabilitation. From what has been discussed, we aim at improving the effectiveness of community treatment and community-based rehabilitation, and formatting the various departments of the linkage mechanism.
