转炉半钢炼钢无氟造渣技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对半钢炼钢渣系组分单一,化渣困难,使用萤石造渣时对炉衬侵蚀严重等问题,研究应用了铁矾土替代萤石进行半钢炼钢造渣,生产实践表明:使用铁矾土造渣,保证了半钢炼钢化渣效果,改善了终渣的渣系构成,能够取代资源日益短缺的萤石进行造渣,经济效益和环境效益显著。To solve the problems in semi - steel making： simplistic constituent, difficult slaging and serious lining erosion when slag - making with fluorite, it is researched to use bauxite to replace fluorite to make slag. It is proved in production that it can guarantee the slaging effect in semi - steel making, improve end slag system composition. It has obvious economic and environment profit because of fluorite resource being in short supply day by day.
