摘  要:对大板坯结晶器摩擦力进行了在线检测试验研究。分析了摩擦力在升拉速、换水口、粘结及降拉速时相关参数的变化特征,指出结晶器摩擦力与结晶器和铸坯的相对运动速度呈相同的变化趋势,前者的变化滞后于后者,且经反复震荡后与拉速保持一致;同时结晶器摩擦力可以预测粘结漏钢事故。The on-line measure test is conducted for friction in mold of large billet.It is analyzed the change characteristics of concerned parameters of friction force when drawing speed rising,nozzle exchanged,sticking,drawing speed lowered down.It is pointed out that the change trend of mold friction force is same with that of relative velocity between mold and casting billet,whereas the change of the former delays behind that of the latter,and the friction force keeps identical at last with drawing speed after vibrating again and again;and the sticking steel leakage breakdown can be predicted with friction force checking.
