摘　　要：介绍了承钢2500m3高炉顶燃式硅砖热风炉保温、烘炉具体操作实践。采用以拱顶温度为控制对象,参照硅砖界面及废气温度,通过实际与计划的烘炉曲线比较,控制烘炉曲线在设定值内,硅砖晶形相变正常,烘炉情况良好。It is introduced the concrete practice to keep temperature and dry the silicon -brick top combustion stove of 2 500 m3 blast furnace of Cheng Steel. With arch top temperature as control object, temperature of silicon -brick interface and waste gas as reference, comparing actual and planed stove drying curves, the actual stove drying curve can be controlled within the set value, crystal shape phase transformation of silicon - brick is normal, stove drying is good.
