性乱人群中2型单纯疱疹病毒感染的分析

摘　　要：目的　为了解性乱人群不典型皮损中及无皮损的生殖道分泌物中 2型单纯疱疹病毒 (HSV2 )的感染情况。方法　在HSV2 高度保守的基因区设计一对引物 ,利用聚合酶链反应 ,对合肥地区 62 0例性乱者作HSV2 DNA检测。结果　 3 75例不典型皮损的性乱人群中 ,14 1例检出HSV2 DNA ,阳性率为 3 7.6% ,其中男性占 3 3 .6% ,女性占 47.7%。男女之间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。无皮损性乱人群 2 45例 ,60例检出HSV2 DNA ,占 2 4.5 % ,其中男性占 2 2 .2 % ,女性占 2 9.7%。结论　本地区性乱人群中HSV2 有较高的感染率 ,不典型皮损区HSV2 DNA阳性检出率高于无皮损的生殖道分泌物 ,女性感染率高于男性。Objective To ascertain the status quo of HSV 2 infection in the promiscuous population.Methods Polymerase chain Reaction(PCR)with a pair of primer designed in the high conservative region of the gene was employed to detect the DNA of HSV 2 in 620 cases in our district.Results In 375 promiscuous persons with atypical skin lesions,the total HSV 2 DNA positive rate accounted for 37.6% There was a statistically significant difference beween the males and the females (P<0.05).In 245 promiscuous people without skin lesions,the male's and the female's positive rate accounted for 22.2% and 29.7% respectively.Conclusion There is a higher infection rate of HSV 2 among promiscuous populations in our district,HSV 2 DNA positive rate of the discharge from atypical skin lesions is higher than that from no genital impairments and the positive rate of HSV 2 infection in the females is higher than that in the males.
