承钢采用RH—LF双联精炼工艺生产低碳钢的实践

摘　　要：简要介绍了承钢150吨炼钢系统采用RH炉脱碳、LF炉脱硫的双联精炼工艺生产低碳钢的工艺研究及实践,通过对RH脱碳条件、LF脱硫影响因素的分析,指出了最佳的工艺条件和措施。The present paper introduces the technique and practice on RH-LF refining process of lowcarbon steel. The effective factors of decarburization and desulphurization were analyzed, the reasonable measures were adopted. Production results show that under current processing conditions taking abovementioned measure can achieve very satisfactory results on RH-LF refining process of low-carbon steel.
