摘  要:采用负载型非茂金属(SSTS)催化剂催化乙烯淤浆聚合,制备了交联聚乙烯管材专用料(sPE);通过过氧化物交联sPE、挤出成型了过氧化物交联聚乙烯(sPEXa)管材;考察了氢气分压和共聚单体对SSTS催化剂活性的影响;测试了sPE的相对分子质量及其分布(MWD)、力学性能和流变行为及sPEXa管材的交联度和力学性能。实验结果表明,SSTS催化剂催化乙烯聚合的过程平稳、共聚效应显著,SSTS催化剂在乙烯-己烯共聚时的活性比乙烯均聚时的活性提高了43%;sPE中不含粒径小于75μm的细粉,其重均相对分子质量高达296 564,MWD=4.05;sPE的流变行为呈明显的"剪切变稀",有利于挤出加工;sPEXa管材在95℃、4.8 MPa静液压力下无泄漏和无破裂的持续时间长于1 875 h,长于行业要求的1 000 h。A polyethylene speciality(sPE) for producing cross-linked polyethylene pipe was synthesized through slurry polymerization of ethylene with the supported non-metallocene catalyst(SSTS catalyst).The cross-linked polyethylene(sPEXa) pipe was obtained by adding peroxide and extrusion molding.The effects of hydrogen partial pressure and co-monomers on the activity of SSTS catalyst in the polymerization were investigated.The relative molecular mass and its distribution(MWD),mechanical properties and rheological behavior of sPE,and the crosslinking degree and mechanical properties of the sPEXa pipe were tested.The results showed that polymerization process with SSTS catalyst was stable and the copolymerization effect was remarkable.The activity of SSTS catalyst in ethylene-hexane copolymerization was 43% higher than that in ethylene homo-polymerization.The synthesized sPE with weight-average molecular mass 296 564,MWD 4.05,shear thinning rheological behavior and without fine powder had excellent processing property.Under the conditions of 95 ℃ and hydrostatic pressure 4.8 MPa,the retention time of sPEXa pipe without leakage and crack was 1 875 h,much longer than that of industrial standard(1 000 h).
