摘  要:本文针对现有便携式数据采集仪存在的CPU频率低、处理能力有限,单台仪器难以实现对传感器信号和音视频信号的及时采集与传输等问题,提出了对采集到的音频和视频等信息量大的数据分别使用硬件压缩编码的解决方法;极大地缩减了音视频信号的数据量,减少了数据处理与传输过程中的CPU资源占用。该文重点描述了数据采集电路设计,为实现工业现场的一体化数据采集搭建了硬件平台。In allusion to the problems of existing portable data acquisition instrument, which is of low frequency and limited data processing capacity of CPU and a single instrument is difficult to realize the acquisition and transmission for sensor signal, audio and video signals timely, the solution is proposed, in which gathered mass of audio and video data are handled by means of hardware compressing and encoding respectively, thus greatly curtails the amount of audio and video data, and the CPU's resource occupancy in the processes of data processing and transmission is reduced. This paper deals with the emphasis on the description of the data acqui- sition circuit design, for achieving integrated data acquisition on industrial site, a hardware platform has been set up.
