摘　　要：随着高层建筑的大型化和多功能化趋势的日益增强，充分利用控制技术和通信技术对楼宇进行监控和管理已成为现代高层建筑必须具备的技术和物质条件。本文概述了贝加菜面向未来的智能型楼宇自控系统，介绍了该系统的构成、架构、主要功能和特点，着重对构成其主控系统的PCC及其通信网络的优势和配置进行了详细描述。该系统从设计思想到软硬件系统配置都采用了面向未来的全新理念，充分体现了可靠、智能、节能和舒适的基本原则。With the increasing large-scale and multifunctional trend of high-rise buildings, the monitoring and management for buildings by taking full advantage of control and communication technologies have become the technical and material conditions that the modem high-rise buildings must possess. This paper summarizes the B＆R＇s future-proofed Intelligent Building Automation Sys- tem （IBAS）, introduces the composition, architecture, main functions and characteristics of the system with emphasis on the detailed descriptions of the superiorities and configuration of the PCC and its communication networks which constitute the master control sys- tem of IBAS. It adopts a future-proofed brand-new idea＇from the design philosophy to the software and hardware configurations in the system, fully embodies the fundamental principle of reliable, intelligent, energy-saving and cozy.
