摘　　要：根据第十九次全国高校党的建设工作会议的有关精神,如何更好的发挥大学生党员主体作用,是当前高校学生党建工作一个新的课题。通过问卷调查,了解到部分大学生党员在实际的工作、生活和学习中发挥党员主体作用存在缺失并带来一些负面影响。结合高校实际,分析探讨影响部分大学生党员主体作用发挥的原因,以及通过党内民主建设等有效发挥大学生党员主体作用的对策。Through the investigation by questionnaire, the loss and its negative influence of principal role of college student party members in practical work, life and study is investigated. According to the reality of colleges,the article discusses the reasons of affecting some college student party members to exert principal role. The effective exertion countermeasures to principal role of college student party members are analyzed, such as construction of democracy within the party.
