高效液相色谱法测定半夏厚朴汤不同煎液中和厚朴酚含量

摘　　要：目的考察用合煎、分煎方法制备的半夏厚朴汤汤剂中和厚朴酚含量的变化。方法建立高效液相色谱方法,采用Diamonisl C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(78∶22),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为294 nm。分析半夏厚朴汤合煎液和分煎液样品中和厚朴酚的含量变化。结果半夏厚朴汤分煎液和合煎液中和厚朴酚含量无差异性。结论合煎液和分煎液中和厚朴酚的含量在煎煮过程中没有因素的影响。Objective To investigate the honokiol contents in mixed decocting and separated decoction of Banxia Houpu Decoction. Methods The HPLC method was established with the Diamonisl C18 column （200 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase of methanol-water （78 ： 22）,the flow rate of 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 294 nm in order to determine the contents of honokiol. Results The average honokiol content of separated decoction had no difference with that of mixed decoction. Conclusion Comparing two kinds of decoction,the honokiol content of mixed decoction and separated decoction is not affected by the boiling process factors.
