摘　　要：目的促进医院儿科手术患者抗菌药物合理使用。方法对210例患者围手术期抗菌药物应用进行回顾性分析。结果小儿科围手术期患者的抗菌药物总使用率为100%,共涉及抗菌药物10种,排前3位的分别是注射用磺苄西林钠、注射用奈夫西林钠、注射用头孢美唑钠。结论应加强小儿外科围手术期抗菌药物管理,以保证其使用安全。Objective To promote the rationality of antibacterial use in the patients of pediatric surgery. Methods The antibiotics use status during perioperative period in 210 cases was retrospectively analyzed. Results The total antibacterial use rate during perioperative period was 100% ,involving 10 kinds of antibiotics. The top 3 places were sulbenicillin sodium for injection,nafcillin sodium for injection and cefmetazole sodium for injection respectively. Conclusion The management of perioperative antibacterials in pediatric surgery should be strengthened for ensuring the medication safety.
