摘　　要：目的促进合理用药,提高药物咨询服务质量。方法对医院2008年5月至2009年11月7 391例次门诊用药咨询情况进行回顾性分析。结果门诊用药咨询中,用法用量、药理作用和疗程等问题所占比例最高,达53.38%。结论开展门诊用药咨询,有利于提高药师的专业水平,促进合理用药。Objective To promote rational drug use and to improve the quality of medication counseling service. Methods The drug consultation records of 7 391 cases in the outpatient pharmacy from May 2008 to November 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all the questions consulted, the contents regarding administration and dosage,pharmacology and treatment represented 53.38%. Conclusion Medication counseling service may conducive to the improvement of pharmacists＇ expertise and the rational use of drugs.
