摘  要:目的以开展优质护理示范工程为契机,完善护士能级管理,提高护理质量,促进患者满意度提升。方法通过改变分工模式,实施能级管理,落实基础护理,从而为患者提供优质服务。结果患者满意度明显提高,患者陪护率明显下降(<10%)。荣获全军、全国、上海市的优质护理服务示范医院称号。结论新型护理管理模式对提升优质护理服务具有明显效果。Objective To carry out a high-quality nursing demonstration project to improve the nurse-level management and nursing quality and to promote patients' satisfaction.Methods The high-quality nursing service was provided to patients by changing the division of labor model as well as the implementation of level management and primary nursing.Results The patients' satisfaction was significantly improved and patients accompanying rate was decreased significantly(10%).The hospital was approved as the high-quality nursing service demonstration hospital of Shanghai,China and PLA.Conclusion The new nursing management model can effectively enhance the high-quality nursing service.
