摘 要:文章以32英寸液晶电视为载体,设计了一款高亮LED背光组件。调研了多个厂家的LED光源,进行了大量光学测试,应用高光效的LED光源并采用膜材匹配技术,实现了背光组件的高亮显示效果,通过优化结构设计,实现了背光组件的超薄效果。本项目中LED背光组件经中国电子标准化研究所测试,过屏辉度达到517.8cd/m2,典型厚度值为10.2mm。A high bright LED backlight unit is designed based on 32" LCD TV in this paper. A number of LED light source from different manufacturers are investigated and a large number of optical tests. Application of high luminous efficacy LED light source and the film sheet matching technology, highlighting effect of the backlight unit is implemented. By optimizing structure design, ultra-slim effect of the backlight unit is implemented This project in LED backlight unit was tested by China Electronics Standardization Institute, over screen brightness reached 517.8cd/m2, 10.2mm typical thickness value.
