南北锣鼓巷的历史变迁与“人文北京”建设

摘　　要："人文北京"的建设,需要创新驱动的支撑,创新驱动可以推进文化的融合升华,从而提升北京文明程度。通过南北锣鼓巷的历史文化变迁,从主观、客观两方面总结它的城市记忆。南北锣鼓巷逐步向商业化发展,是随着当前局势发展的必然结果,是京味民俗与创意文化的对立统一。研究结果认为:第一,南北锣鼓巷原真性保护需要解读《西安宣言》的分析框架;第二,加强京胡同文化(南北锣鼓巷)遗产旅游产品与体验;第三,寻找历史文化街区适度商业化途径;第四,重视遗产保护与创新驱动、"人文北京"建设三者之间的互动关系。The construction of ＂Humanistic Beijing＂ needs the support of innovation,which can promote the integration and sublimation of culture, so as to enhance the degree of civilization and promote innovation-driven ＂culture Beijing＂building. The commercial developments of North and South Luogu Lanes are the inevitable results of historical and cultural changes,with the combination of Beijing folk culture and creativity. This study concluded that：First,North and South Luoguxiang authenticity protection needs the interpretation of ＂Xi ＇an Declaration＂ analytical framework. Second ,there is a need to strengthen Beijing Hutong Culture （North and South Luogu Lanes）heritage tourism products and experiences. Third,we should look for an appropriate commercialization method for historical and cultural blocks. Fourth ,emphasis should be put on heritage conservation, innovation, and ＂humanistic Beijing＂ building as well as the interaction between the three.
