秦皇岛市7～12岁学龄儿童血压影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨秦皇岛市7~12岁学龄儿童血压状况及主要影响因素.[方法]测量654名7~12岁学龄儿童,身高、体重及血压,并对相关数据进行分析.[结果]本组儿童男女性别间收缩压（SBP）相比较无统计学差异（ P 〉0.05）.男性舒张压（DBP）高于女性（ P 〈0.01）.汉族与少数民族SBP和DBP比较无统计学差异（ P 〉0.05）.超重组SBP高于对照组（ P 〈0.05）,肥胖组SBP和DBP高于对照组和超重组（ P 〈0.01）.SBP与年龄（r=0.188,P =0.000）和体重指数（BMI）（r=0.430,P =0.000）存在单变量相关.DBP与年龄（r=0.121,P =0.002）和BMI（r=0.262,P =0.000）存在单变量相关.多元线性回归显示,BMI是SBP（β=0.995,P =0.000）和DBP（β=0.458,P =0.000）升高的独立危险因素.[结论]肥胖是儿童期血压升高的独立危险因素.[Objective]To explore the status of blood pressure in school children aged 7~ 12 years old in Qinhuangdao and its influencing factor. [Methods] Height, weight and blood pressure of 654 school children aged7 ~ 12 years old were measured. The related data were analyzed. [Results] There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure （SBP） between two sexes of children（ P 〉0.05）. Diastolic blood pressure （DBP） in boys was higher than that in girls（ P 〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between Han nationality and minorities（ P 〉0.05）. SBP in overweight group was higher than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. SBP and DBP in obesity group were higher than those in control group and overweight group（P〈0.01）. SBP was related with age（r=0. 188, P =0. 000） and body mass index（BMI） （r =0. 430, P =0. 000）. DBP was related with age（r=0. 121, P =0. 002） and BMI（r =0. 262, P =0, 000）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI was significant independent predictor of the increasing of SBP（β=0. 995, P =0. 000） and DBP（β=0. 458, P =0. 000）. [Conclusion] Obesity is the independent risk factor for elevated blood pressure in children.
