摘 要:采用RS6000测试了疏水缔合聚合物APP4的流变性能,并采用Carreau模型进行拟合。实验及拟合结果表明,疏水缔合聚合物具有较高的零剪切黏度,在质量浓度为500~2 000mg/L范围内,溶液由牛顿流体向假塑性流体转变的剪切速率在2.107~2.241s-1附近,聚合物的质量浓度在3 000mg/L时转变速率在3.481s-1附近;疏水缔合聚合物线性黏弹性范围较宽,复合黏度随着浓度的增加而提高;溶液浓度越高,溶液蠕变-回复性能越强,具有较强的结构性能。Rheological characteristics of hydrophobic associative polymer are studied by means of RS6000 rheometer and fitted by Carreau model. The result shows that hydrophobic associative polymer has high zero shear viscosity. The shearing rate that the solution changes from Newtonian fluid to the pseudo plastic fluid is about 2. 107-2. 241 s-1 when the mass concentration of polymer is 500-2 000 mg/L. The shearing rate of polymer is 3. 481 s-1 when the mass concentration of polymer is 3 000 mg/L. The hydrophobic associative polymer has a wide range of linear viscoelastic, and the complex viscosity of polymer increases with high concentration. The high concentration of the hydrophobic associative polymer has strong structure for creep-recoverability.
