住院糖尿病患者生存质量的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响糖尿病住院患者生存质量的因素。方法用便利抽样法抽取141例糖尿病住院患者,用基础情况调查表、一般自我效能量表、社会支持评定量表及糖尿病特异性生存质量量表进行调查。结果 141例糖尿病患者的生存质量为(49.22±9.95)分,处于中等水平;影响患者总体生存质量的因素为糖尿病教育、治疗方式和自我效能水平。结论糖尿病住院患者的生存质量有待改善和提高,给予自我管理教育,提高其自我效能水平,以改善生存质量。Objec.tive To study the influencing factors of quality of life for inpatients with diabetes. Method The convenient sampling method is used to obtain 141 inpatients with diabetes. Investigate them by Basic Situation Questionnaire, General Self-efficacy Scale, Social Support Rating Scale and Diabetes-specific Quality of Life Scale. Result The score of quality of life for 141 inpatients with diabetes （49. 22±9. 95）, which is in medium degree. The influencing factors of general quality of life for inpatients are education on diabetes, treatment modality and self-efficacy level. Condusion Quality of life for inpatients with diabetes needs to be improved through self-management education and enhancing self-efficacy level
