摘　　要：本文从高等学校学生管理与学生权利容易发生纠纷的环节分析入手,对高等学校和谐稳定、依法办学,建立合法、有效的内部管理制度,维护学校正常的教学、生活秩序,保护学生的合法权益等问题进行分析研究。Starting from the analysis on the conflicts between management and rights protection of college students,the essay discusses the following problems： legally running of school,establishing internal management system,maintaining normal teaching order,protecting student＇s legal rights,etc.
