新建本科高校经管类专业实践教学体系的构建

摘　　要：文章根据新建本科高校经管类专业的发展定位,探索经管类专业应用型人才培养的实践教学体系构建的三个基本原则,即适度先进原则、资源整合原则和体现特色原则,并对体系中的实践教学环节的整体安排提出设想;同时,从修改和完善顶层设计、强化制度建设与管理、加强师资队伍建设和建立稳定的校内外实践基地等四个方面阐述如何对实践教学的运行进行有效的保障。According to the development orientation of newly-built universities,this article explores three principles in the construction of practical teaching system of application-oriented talents in Economics and Management Departments,i.e.,the principle of proper advancement,the principle of resources integration and the principle of distinguishing features.It comes up with several suggestions about the whole layout of practical teaching section in the system.At the same time,this article also discusses the guarantee of its running in four aspects：edition and perfection on the top level,enforcement of the system construction and management,construction of the teaching staff and construction of stable practice bases.
