摘 要:针对苏里格气田东区的现实特征,紧紧围绕该区块低渗透气藏的储层特点,系统深入的研究了储层地质特征,建立了一套多层低渗气藏改造前动静态、宏观微观资料相结合的储层评估方法,初步形成多层低渗气藏压裂优化设计技术。客观分析了压裂改造的瓶颈技术问题,适时的完善了低渗气藏低伤害压裂液体系,该体系具有破胶彻底,对裂缝及储层的伤害低等优势,适合苏东易伤害储层。现场实施了50余口井,从施工情况来看,认为该技术的工艺设计应考虑羧甲基体系的特点,充分发挥该体系的低伤害优势,同时,现场质量精细控制是羧甲基体系顺利实施的有效保障。施工返排和压后试气效果表明,目前,羧甲基压裂液体系在苏里格气田东区试验效果较好,建议继续加大试验推广。Sulige gas field for the Eastern District of realistic characteristics, this paper closely around the block characteristics of low permeability gas reservoirs, a systematic study of the geological characteristics of the reservoir, the establishment of a multi-permeability gas reservoir static and dynamic transformation of the former, the combination of macro and micro data of reservoir evaluation, the initial formation of multi-permeability gas reservoir fracturing design. Objective analysis of the technical problems of fracturing bottlenecks, timely and improved low-permeability gas reservoir damage fracturing fluid system, the sys- tem has completely broken plastic, cracks and formation damage on lower edge, easy to dam- age the reservoir for the Eastern District. On-site ers, from the construction point of view, that the implementation of the five wells in 13 lay- technology process design should consider the characteristics of carboxymethyl system, give full play to advantages of the system's low damage, while on-site quality control is fine carboxymethyl the smooth implementation of effective protection system. After the construction of backflow and pressure test gas results showed that, at present, carboxymethyl fracturing fluid system in Eastern Sulige gas field well test results, recommendations to increase the promotion test.
