一元化生活污水处理工艺在天然气处理厂的应用

摘　　要：苏里格第一天然气处理厂生活污水处理系统设计规模小,并且由于原设计缺陷,造成调节池内污水无法自流到组合式污水处理装置,只能靠自吸泵根据液位高低间歇性抽吸,对处理装置内壁的微生物膜造成冲刷,影响微生物的合理培养,导致处理后污水机杂、COD达不到国家标准,为了解决以上问题,通过前期调研、对比及筛选,选择GLWSZ-I型一元化生活污水处理装置,该装置采用A/O接触氧化处理工艺技术,经过实际运行情况分析,处理后污水达国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,该工艺技术适用于第一天然气处理厂生活污水处理,可以推广到苏里格气田其他单位。Because of the sewage treatment system design in small scale and the original de- sign flaws that cause balance tank cannot flow by itself to sewage treatment plant, only can rely on self-suction pump suction according to level discretion intermittent that affect the product of microorganisms. In order to solve the above problem, through the prophase survey, contrast and screening, GLWSZ-I type is to be used. GLWSZ-I type device adopts A/O con- tact oxidation process technology, through actual operation situation analysis, the sewage can up to ＂integrated wastewater discharge standard＂ （GB8978-1996） level standard after treat- ment, this technology is applicable to sewage disposal of No.1 Sulige central processing fa- cility, and can be extended to other branch of Sulige.
