摘　　要：[目的]深入了解潍坊市产妇对孕产妇保健知识的需求状况,以期为妇幼健康教育和健康促进工作提供依据。[方法]2009年1～4月,在潍坊市城区抽取在4家医院住院分娩的460名产妇进行调查。[结果]调查的460人中,需要母婴常见疾病的预防和自查指导的占95.87%,需要母婴保健的宣传和教育的占95.22%,需要婴幼儿动作发育和锻炼指导的占93.26%,需要母婴合理膳食营养均衡指导的占88.70%,需要产褥期保健和康复指导的占88.48%,需要家庭卫生知识指导的占83.04%,需要妇幼保健人员上门进行母婴健康检查或抚育指导的占85.43%;当母婴发生异常状况时(非急症),需要医务人员上门治疗或服务的占75.65%;需要进行遗传咨询和优生优育咨询的占80.43%,需要了解畸胎形成有关知识的占78.04%。[结论]潍坊市城区产妇最需要的孕产妇保健知识是母婴常见疾病的预防和自查,母婴保健的宣传和教育,婴幼儿动作发育和锻炼指导的。不同居住地、不同文化程度者需求率高的项目存在差异。[Objective]To know the maternal demand conditions of health knowledge in Weifang city,so as to provide the basis for the maternal and child health education and health promotion.[Methods]In 2009,460 puerperants were surveyed who gave birth in four hospitals in Weifang city.[Results]Among 460 puerperants,95.87% required the prevention of common diseases and maternal and child self-examination,95.22% required information and education of maternal and child,93.26% required infant motor development and exercise guidance,88.70% required guidance of a balance and reasonable nutrition,88.48% required postpartum care and rehabilitation,83.04% required guidance of families health knowledge,85.43% required maternal and child health staff to check or tend them;75.65% required medical staff to provide treatment or services when the exception（non-emergency） occurs;80.43% required genetic counseling and prenatal and postnatal advice,78.04% required the knowledge of formation of birth defects.[Conclusion]The maternals in Weifang city are most in need of the knowledge of the prevention of common diseases and maternal and child self-examination,information and education of maternal and child and infant motor development and exercise guidance.Different residence and different educational level have different rate of requirement.
