摘　　要：[目的]分析麻疹疫苗强化免疫接种情况,评价其效果。[方法]对保山市2008年11月和2010年9月两轮麻疹疫苗强化接种情况、人群麻疹IgG抗体水平检测进行分析与麻疹发病资料进行分析。[结果]2008年、2010年保山市麻疹疫苗强化免疫报告接种率分别为98.44%、98.35%,平均98.41%。2008年现场调查2600人,麻疹疫苗接种率为98.54%;2010年调查2418人,接种率为98.51%。麻疹IgG抗体阳性率,2009年903人为87.04%,2010年1 908人为95.02%(P<0.01)。麻疹发病率,2007年为6.66/10万,2008年为5.32/10万,2009年为1.08/10万,2010年为0.12/10万,2010年8月至2011年9月无发病。[结论]2轮麻疹疫苗强化免疫效果明显,人群麻疹IgG抗体水平提高,麻疹发病率下降。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of the supplementary immunization of measles vaccine in Baoshan city,2008 and 2010.[Methods]Descriptive analysis was made according to vaccination rate of measles vaccine for supplementary immunization,data from the field investigation and the legal measles epidemic reporting system and sample survey of antibody level.[Results]The two-round vaccination rate of measles vaccine was all above 95%.At the same time,the antibody level of measles greatly improved to 95.02% and the incidence of measles greatly decreased from 5.98/105 to 1.08/105 of 2009 and 0.12/105 of 2010,finally there were no measles cases which have been reported so far.[Conclusion]The incidence of measles is effectively controlled after the two-round supplementary immunization of measles vaccine.
