摘　　要：通过对《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223—2011)污染限值的解读,结合目前燃煤电厂实施脱硫、脱硝工程的近况及实际运行的经验,叙述了燃煤电厂执行二氧化硫和氮氧化物新排放标准所面临的巨大压力,以及加大减排措施的力度、治污设备的技术改造、减排效率的提升等一系列问题。对新排放标准中重点地区二氧化硫的排放浓度小于50mg/m3、氮氧化物的排放浓度小于100mg/m3的限值要求进行了客观分析,提出了若干建议。Through the analysis of the pollution limits in the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants（GB13223-2011）,in combination with the actual operating experiences in power plants,the huge pressures felt in power plants＇ implementation of the new emission standards for sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides emission concentration limits are discussed,as well as problems concerning the strengthening of reduction measures,the technical improvements of the facilities and the increase in efficiency of reduction;meanwhile,objective analysis and further recommendations are proposed.
