摘　　要：目的观察自拟止泻散贴脐治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将99例患者随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(48例),治疗组予自拟止泻散贴脐,并用特定电磁治疗仪局部照射,对照组予蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊口服;两组均治疗14天,观察临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为88.24%和68.75%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组、对照组治疗后临床症状积分均明显减少(P<0.01);组间治疗前后积分差值比较,除肠鸣外,其余各症状差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论自拟止泻散贴脐治疗功能性腹泻疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made ＂Zhixie Powder＂ in functional diarrhea by umbilicus paste.Methods Ninety-nine cases were randomized into treatment group and control group.Fifty-one cases in treatment group were treated with self-made ＂Zhixie Powder＂ combined local radiation by electromagnetic therapy;fourty-eight cases in control group were treated with smectite power and bifidobacterium triple viable capsule orally,with a course of 14 days.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom score before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 88.24% and 68.75% respectively.The difference in clinical efficacy between treatment group and control group was significant（P0.01）.The clinical symptom scores after treatment were reduced obviously in both groups（P0.01）.Except for borborygmus score,the differences in the rest of symptom scores between treatment group and control group were significant after treatment（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of self-made ＂Zhixie Powder＂ in treating functional diarrhea is confirmed.
