摘　　要：介绍了硅烷交联的工艺原理,分析了硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆在制造过程中影响其热延伸指标的因素,尤其是挤出温度和色母料配比对热延伸的影响。This paper introduces the principle of silicon crosslinking technology and analyzes the effect factors of hot set property of silane-crosslinked polyethylene insulated cables during the manufacturing process,especially the extrusion temperature and proportion of color masterbatch.
