摘　　要：农药残留问题是随着农药大量生产和广泛应用而产生的,对人类健康危害极大。综述了近年来粮食农药残留检测技术的研究进展,以期为农药残留分析检测技术的发展与完善提供一定的帮助,保护消费者的合法权益。The problems of pesticide residues, arising with the mass production and widespread use of pesticides, are harmful to human health. In this paper, the recent research progress on determination of pesticide residues in grains is reviewed, in order to provide some help for the future development of pesticide residues detecting technology and protect the legitimate rights of consumers.
