摘　　要：目的总结剖宫产子宫瘢痕处妊娠（CSP）患者的临床资料，探讨CSP的临床诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年5月年我院收治的10例CSP患者的诊断、治疗及临床效果。10例患者均采用甲氨蝶呤化疗并B型超声引导下人工流产术。结果10例CSP患者中，4例采用甲氨蝶呤孕囊局部穿刺＋全身化疗，联合B型超声监测下人工流产或清宫术，均获成功；6例采用甲氨蝶呤全身化疗＋B型超声下人工流产或清宫术，5例成功，1例失败，行子宫全切术。结论超声检查为CSP的诊断提供重要依据，甲氨蝶呤化疗并B型超声引导下人工流产术是安全、有效的保守治疗方法。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy with the clinical data of 10 patients. Methods Clinical data of 10 patients in our hospital between January 2009 and May 2011 was retrospectively analyzed. All cases were treated with methotrexate combined with abortion under ultrasound. Results Four patients got success with methotrexate puncturing and systemic chemotherapy combined with abortion under ultrasound. Six patients were treated with methotrexate systemic chemotherapy combined with abortion under ultrasound, among them five cases succeed and one took uterectomy. Conclusions Ultrasound is the most important method for diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methotrexate combined with abortion under ultrasound are safe and effective in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.
