口腔牙周治疗诊室内空气细菌培养的动态监测

摘　　要：目的通过动态监测口腔牙周诊室空气细菌，分析使用空气消毒机前后口腔牙周诊室空气质量的改变，从而为预防医院感染的发生提供科学的依据。方法采用空气消毒效果监测中的平板暴露法，分别在开诊前10min和开诊后1、2h对口腔牙周诊室进行采样，比较自然通风加物体表面含氯消毒液擦拭和空气净化消毒使用后的空气污染指数，并进行统计分析。结果开诊前、开诊后1h、开诊后2h、消毒1h、消毒2h的空气细菌培养数值分别为（186±22）、（471±4）、（602±53）、（190±76）、（102±22）cfu／m3。与开诊前比较，开诊后1h和2h的细菌培养数值增高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。开诊后2h细菌数值较开诊后1h数值有明显增高；而使用空气净化消毒机消毒后，诊室内的细菌数值明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论空气净化消毒机消毒空气使诊室动态细菌总数维持在低水平（〈200cfu／m3），达到Ⅱ类区标准。使用空气净化消毒机消毒空气优于物体表面擦拭加自然通风对空气的消毒方法，其空气中自然菌落数明显减少。Objective To prevent infection and protect the health of medical staff and patients with bacterial culture of air sampling dynamically monitoring the periodontal clinic of oral bacteria in the air. Methods We used nutrient agar to culture natural sedimentation of bacteria sample. The time points were 10 min prior to the clinic, 1 h and 2 h after the oral periodontal clinic. The locations were inner, middle and out of the clinic. Bacterial value of air culturing after disinfecting machine air purifying was compared with that before cleaning and natural ventilation. Results Air disinfection disinfection bacterial culture values at 3 time points were （ 186 ± 21.7 ） cfufm3 , （471±4）cfu/m3, （602 ± 53） eftt/m3, （19± 76）cftt/m3, （102 ±22）cfu/m3. The comparison of the three location points had statistical differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; among them the bacterial value of the middle point was the highest. The comparison of the bacterial value at 3 time points had statistical differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The bacterial values of air culturing after disinfecting machine air purifying was significantly decreased compared with that before cleaning and natural ventilation （P 〈 0. 05）. Coneluslon After air purification with air disinfection machine, the bacterial value shows a low level（ 〈200 cfu/m3） which is qualified as class II degree.
