聚焦超声联合0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗手足慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价聚焦超声联合0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法手足部慢性湿疹患者116例完全随机分为治疗组（55例）和对照组（61例）。治疗组采用SNK／CZ181型多功能超声治疗仪治疗，每2周1次，同时联合0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗，2次／d；对照组外用卤米松乳膏，2次／d。2组同时给予依巴斯汀片，10mg／次，1次／d；赛庚啶片，2mg／次，3次／d，抗组胺治疗。4周为1个疗程，观察2组疗效。结果治疗4周后，治疗组有效率为90．9％（50／55），对照组有效率为73．8％（45／61），2组差异有统计学意义（x2=5．72，P〈0．05）。结论聚焦超声联合0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗手足慢性湿疹安全性高、疗效好、起效快，可供临床选择。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of focused ultrasound and 0. 05% halometasone cream in the treatment of chromic eczema on hands and feet. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with chronic eczema on hands and feet were divided into two groups. AII patients applied cyproheptadine take three doses a day and ebastine once a day. The treatment group （55 cases） were treated with the focused ultrasound once weekly together with 0. 05% halometasone cream twice pre day. The control group （61 cases） was treated with 0.05 % halometasone cream twice per day. The follow-up was 4 weeks from the end of the treatment. The clinical response to therapy and adverse effects were recorded. Results The effective rate was 90. 9% （50/ 55） in the treatment group. The effective rate was 73.8% （45/61） in the control group, There was a significant difference between two groups （X2 = 5.72 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compound focused ultrasound combined with 0. 05 % halometasone cream in treatment of chronic eczema on hands and feet is effective and safe.
