摘  要:针对使用断路器分闸电阻限制特高压(ultra highvoltage,UHV)系统的故障清除转移过电压的观点,进行了故障清除转移过电压及其可能的再生故障率的计算。详细地介绍了再生故障率的计算方法,并以淮南至沪西同塔双回线路为例,给出了故障清除转移过电压的特性及其再生故障率。结果表明:此类过电压仅影响到线路杆塔绝缘,且产生的再生故障率极低;同时考虑到采用断路器分闸电阻的成本和使用寿命等因素后,认为没有必要用断路器分闸电阻限制故障清除转移过电压。Based on the point that an opening-resistor of circuit breakers is needed to limit the fault clearing transfer overvoltage in ultra high voltage (UHV) systems, the fault clearing transfer overvoltage and derivative failure rate caused by transfer overvoltage were studied. The method of calculating the derivative failure rate was introduced. The fault clearing transfer overvoltage and derivative failure rate of the Huainan-Huxi UHV project were given. The results show that fault clearing transfer overvoltage could only affect the insulation of the tower of the line. The derivative failure rate is extremely low. Considering the cost and operating life of the opening-resistor for circuit breakers, it is not necessary to use the opening-resistor to limit fault clearing transfer overvoltage.
