摘 要:目的:观察妊娠中晚期胎儿肾盂积水的超声声像特点,探讨肾盂积水程度与预后的关系。方法:对妊娠16~42周发现胎儿肾脏肾盂扩张前后径(APD)≥5 mm者进行超声动态观察,对胎儿肾盂积水持续存在者出生后继续随访。结果:94例155只胎肾中有149只胎肾在孕晚期或产后6个月内缓解;6例6只胎肾为泌尿系异常,在产后6~9个月行手术治疗被证实。结论:超声动态观察胎儿肾盂积水可提示肾盂积水的生理性或病理性,可大致评估其预后及转归,对出生后的随访及治疗方案的选择均有实际意义。Objective: To observe the ultrasonic image characteristics of fetal hydmnephrosis during the second and third trimester of pregnancy, explore the relationship between the degree of hydronephrosis and prognosis. Methods: The fetuses whose anteroposterior diameter (APD) of pyeleetasis〉≥5 mm during 16 -42 gestational weeks were observed dynamically by ultrasound, the neonates with persistent hydronephrosis were followed up after birth. Results: Among 155 fetal kidneys (94 fetuses), 149 fetal kidneys relieved during the third trimester of pregnancy or within six months after, 6 fetal kidneys (6 fetuses) were found with abnormalities of fetal urinary system, and they were confirmed by surgery at 6 - 9 months after birth. Conclusion: Dynamic observation of fetal hydronephrosis with ultrasound is helpful to indicate the physiology and pathology of hydronephresis, evaluate the prognosis, which has actual significance for follow - up after birth and choice of therapeutic scheme.
