摘 要:目的比较采暖期和非采暖期农村与城市居民体内DNA氧化损伤标志物8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的水平。方法分别于2009年10月(非采暖期)和2010年3月(采暖期),选择年龄在45~65周岁,在太原市居住时间≥5年的农村居民(傅山医院附近)79人和城市居民143人为研究对象,排除焦炉工等多环芳烃职业暴露者和癌症患者。采用ELISA试剂盒测定尿中8-OHdG的浓度。结果非采暖期农村居民尿中8-OHdG的浓度高于城市居民;采暖期农村居民尿中8-OHdG的浓度与城市居民无差别;在同一人群中,采暖期尿中8-OHdG的浓度高于非采暖期。结论太原市农村居民DNA氧化损伤水平高于城市居民,采暖期居民的DNA氧化损伤水平高于非采暖期。Objective To compare the difference of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine level between rural and urban people in heating period and non-heating period. Methods In October, 2009 (non-heating period) and March, 2010 (heating period), rural residents (nearby Fushan hospital) and urban residents were selected as the research objects. The residents aged 45-65 years were living in Taiyuan for more than 5 years. The coke oven workers exposed to polyeyelic aromatic hydrocarbons and patients with cancer were excepted in this research. 8-hydroxy-2'-de0xyguanosine was detected by using ELISA kit. Results The concentration of 8-hydroxy-2' -deoxyguanosine in urine of rural people was higher than that in urban people in non- heating period, but no significant difference was seen in heating period. The concentration of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine in urine of residents in heating period was higher than that in non-heating period. Conclusion DNA oxidative damage in rural people is more severe compared with urban people, and the degree of DNA oxidative damage is higher in heating period than that in non-heating period.
