裸体方格星虫规模化人工育苗技术研究

摘　　要：本文报道了2008～2011年在福建开展裸体方格星虫规模化人工育苗技术研究结果。每年3～5月从福建沿海采集一定数量的裸体方格星虫亲体,经强化培育后进行人工催产获得受精卵。在海水盐度26～32、水温28.5～30.5℃条件下,孵出的海球幼体经9～13d的培育,变态为稚虫,再经过一个多月的培育,达到体长1.0～2.8cm的星虫幼苗。2008、2009、2011年分别培育出方格星虫幼苗1.779×106条、2.88×106条和5.526×106条。The results of research on large-scale artificial breeding technique of Sipunculus nudus from 2008 to 2010 were reported in this paper.A certain amount of Sipunculus nudus parents were collected from the coastal sea along Fujian from March to May each year,and then got fertilized eggs through artificial induced spawning after parents enhancing cultivation.At water temperature of 28.5～30.5℃ and salinity of 26～32,the hatched pelagosphreic larvae were undergone complete metamorphosis of nymph by 9～13days,and became juveniles with the body length of 1.0～2.8cm after more than one month of larvae breeding.We have artificial bred 1779000,2880000 and 5526000 of Sipunculus nudus juveniles with body length of 1.0～2.8cm in 2008,2009 and 2011,respectively.
