摘 要:富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺的论证要先进行冶金计算,其中熔炼炉渣的化学成分是参照其他熔炼炉渣的化学成分设计的。根据反射炉熔炼和铜锍吹炼冶金计算方法并在其基础上进行修改,完成了富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺的冶金计算。与冶金计算结果相比,富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺正常生产时,产能提高,消耗降低,熔炼炉渣的化学成分与冶金计算值接近。The metallurgical calculation should be performed before the demonstration of oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting process, and the design of chemical composition of smelting slag is based on others' chemical composition. According to the metallurgical calculation methods of reverberatory furnace smelting and copper matte converting, and some revisions are performed to complete the metallurgical calculation of oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting process. Compared with the metallurgical calculation results, the productivity increased, the consumption decreased, and the chemical composition of smelting slag would be closed to metallurgical calculated value when the oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting process was in normal production.
