摘 要:模拟低浓度SO_2烟气尾气吸收矿浆进行了中和沉积、中和渣酸浸和不同中和刑沉积反应等试验,为公司尾吸系统改造过程中富余矿浆的工艺走向提供试验数据支持试验结果表明:影响中和沉积的主要因子为反应过程的pH值,其次是温度和时间;在最优试验条件下,尾气吸收矿浆中的金属离子沉积率可达94%以上。液固比与浸出液含锌、浸出率存在显著的正相关关系;酸度与浸出液舍锌存在明显的负相关关系,但与浸出率无相关关系。不同中和剂的沉积效果以CaO最佳,但对反应过程pH值的调节作用有限。Based on simulated low concentration SO_2 tail gas absorbed pulp,the tests of neutralization-sedimentation, acid leaching of neutralized slag,sedimentation of various neutralizing agents,etc.were performed to provide test data for process direction of tail gas absorbed pulp.The test results showed that the main factor that influencing neutralization-sedimentation was pH in reaction process,then the temperature and time;the precipitated rate of metal iron in tail gas absorbed pulp was more than 94%under the optimal test conditions;the ratio of liquid to solid had obvious positive correlation with Zn in leaching liquor and leaching rate,the acidity had obvious negative correlation with Zn concentration in leaching liquor,but had nothing to do with leaching rate.Among various neutralizing-sedimentation agents,the effect of CaO was best,however,CaO had limited pH regulation effect on reaction process.
