12例自体剔骨复合组织瓣修复大面积软组织缺损的护理

摘　　要：对12例高能交通伤致躯体毁损性离断及大面积组织缺损患者应用自体废肢剔骨复合组织瓣修复其他部位软组织缺损的护理进行总结。术后做好心理护理、截肢残端的护理,有效镇痛,密切观察皮瓣血液循环情况,有效预防及处理皮瓣血管危象,给予全面营养支持治疗,是皮瓣成活的关键。本组12例皮瓣全部存活,无血管危象发生,其中3例发生感染,经过有效处理,感染得到控制。This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 12 patients with severe soft tissue defect due to serious traffic accidents who were treated by transplantation of autologous composite tissue flaps from obsolete limbs. Proper psychological nursing and limb stump care,effective analgesia,close observation of blood supply of the flap,effective prevention and treatment of vascular crisis and nutritional support are the key points for the survival of the flaps. All flaps survived in the 12 cases,no vascular crisis happened. Three cases were infected and cured then.
