摘　　要：总结了12例股前外侧(肌)皮瓣移植术后发生血管危象行探查术前的观察护理,认为全面把握患者基本信息,充分认清血管危象的临床特点与规律,重视观察方法与技巧,做好患者及家属的沟通教育是皮瓣成活、手术成功的重要保障。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 12 patients with vascular crisis after anterolateral thigh（ALT） flap transfer. Handling the basic condition of patients,fully understanding the clinical features of vascular crisis,paying attention to the skill of observation and efficient communication with the patients and their families are important to the survival of the free flap after surgery.
